Tinnitus Pro by Neurotone AI is an app-based tinnitus care program with lifetime access. It brings personalized sound therapy, cognitive behavioral lessons and guided meditation together in one app, so you can do your therapy when and where it works for you, and your HearWell Services provider can follow your progress along the way. Any time your tinnitus flares, you can come back to your therapy.

How it works

• Match your tinnitus tone: when you start, the Therapeutic Tone Finder has you move a dot on a grid to match the pitch (high or low) and the sound (a pure ring or a hiss) of your own tinnitus. You can change it any time.
• Pick your sounds: choose a single sound or a preset soundscape such as Nature, City or Rain, or mix up to three sounds of your own. Each therapy mode remembers its own sound.
• Use the therapy modes through your day (you can mix and match):
  • Adaptation: based on notched-noise therapy. It removes your tinnitus pitch from the sound so your brain gets less input at that frequency over time.
  • Habituation: based on Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT). Gentle, steady sound helps tinnitus blend into the background. Good for quiet tasks and winding down in the evening.
  • Relief: short on-demand sessions of 2 to 15 minutes for spikes or stressful moments.
  • Sleep: starts with habituation sound, glides toward gentle adaptation, then fades out so the sound doesn’t keep you awake.
• Learn: 50+ short cognitive behavioral lessons, often 2 to 5 minutes each, to help you understand tinnitus, reframe your reactions, lower stress and build coping skills. You can follow a series or pick a topic, and save favorites.
• Meditate: guided sessions on topics like breath and body relaxation, emotions and stress relief, with the option to blend in your therapeutic tone.
• Track your progress: My Progress shows your therapy time by activity and your check-in score. A short 5-question check-in at the start and every 4 weeks is shared with your clinician. Daily streaks and leaderboards help keep you going.
• Works in the same app as LACE AI Pro. You switch between programs with the product switcher on the home screen.

Who it’s for

People with tinnitus who want a structured, at-home program of sound therapy, coping skills and relaxation tools, with or without hearing aids. If you wear hearing aids, you use your usual listening setup, and hearing aids that stream from your phone can stay connected during therapy.

What you need

• Tinnitus Pro is mobile only: an iPhone or iPad on iOS / iPadOS 18 or later, or an Android phone or tablet on Android 12 or later. It doesn’t run on desktop computers or in a web browser.
• A cell phone that can receive text messages (it’s how you log in)
• A steady internet connection (10 Mbps or faster recommended)
• Headphones help when you set your tinnitus tone. For Sleep mode, a bedside speaker or headphones are helpful.

Tinnitus Pro is a tinnitus management program, not a cure for tinnitus, and results vary from person to person.
