Devices and setup

Both programs run in Neurotone’s app. You log in with a cell phone number that can receive text messages, and a steady internet connection helps sessions run smoothly.

  • LACE AI Pro: iPhone or iPad on iOS / iPadOS 18 or later, Android 12 or later, or a computer with the latest Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  • Tinnitus Pro: mobile only, on iPhone or iPad (iOS / iPadOS 18 or later) or Android 12 or later
  • Hearing aids that stream from your phone can stay connected during sessions

Program questions

Do I need hearing aids to use LACE AI Pro?

No. LACE AI Pro is for people who wear hearing aids and for people who don’t.

Can I use both programs?

Yes. Tinnitus Pro works in the same app as LACE AI Pro, and you switch between them on the home screen. Each program is $599, or get both for $699 with the Lifetime Bundle.

Is Tinnitus Pro a cure for tinnitus?

No. Tinnitus Pro is a tinnitus management program that offers sound therapy, coping lessons and meditation. Results vary from person to person. If your tinnitus is sudden, in one ear only, or pulses with your heartbeat, please see a physician.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime access. Both LACE AI Pro and Tinnitus Pro are a one-time enrollment, so you can come back to your training or therapy any time.

Does anything ship?

No. Both are online programs and apps. After you enroll, our team will register you and email your login details.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund less a 10% fee. Non-refundable after 7 days. The 10% fee is $59.90 for one program or $69.90 for the bundle. To cancel, call (332) 238-1028 or email [email protected].
