A $65 clean at our Cleaning Bar clears wax, debris and buildup. Any hearing aids are welcome, from any brand.

Receiver replacement

Worn or damaged receiver? Receivers are $125 per receiver, plus the $99 service appointment.

Phone sync and Bluetooth

We can sync your hearing aids to your phone and troubleshoot Bluetooth concerns, so calls and audio stream straight to your ears. Bluetooth support is also available by Zoom, phone call or in office. Fees apply.

iPhone and Android settings

We can fix the iPhone or Android settings for your hearing aids, so everything works together.

Your hearing aid repair visit, stop by stop

From the moment you walk in near Penn Station to the moment you leave, here's what happens when your hearing aids need help.

    Walk in or book

    Walk in to Midtown West, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, steps from Penn Station. Or call to book at any of our offices, or ask about mailing your hearing aids in.

  2. Stop 2 · Talk

    Tell us what's wrong

    Quiet, crackling, whistling, cutting out or not charging? Tell us what you've noticed.

  3. Stop 3 · Clean

    Check and clean

    We check your hearing aids and clean out wax, debris and buildup. Cleaning is $65.

  4. Stop 4 · Repair

    Onsite repair

    We do repairs onsite, with parts for most hearing aid companies, and most repairs are fixed right in our office. Parts are additional.

  5. Stop 5 · Parts

    New receivers if needed

    If a receiver needs replacing, receivers are $125 per receiver, plus the service appointment.

  6. Stop 6 · Sync

    Bluetooth and phone settings

    We can troubleshoot Bluetooth concerns, sync your hearing aids to your phone and fix your iPhone or Android hearing aid settings.

  7. Stop 7 · Done

    Back to hearing well

    Before you leave, we make sure your hearing aids sound right and fit comfortably.

Repairs that need more work typically take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the repair needed. Loaner hearing aids are available to rent for $20 a day while you wait.

How much does hearing aid repair cost?
A service appointment is $99, and parts are not included, so they are additional. Receivers are $125 per receiver, plus the service appointment. Hearing aid cleaning is $65, and loaner hearing aids are available to rent for $20 a day.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Midtown West flagship, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our Bronx office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment only, and our Stamford and Hartford offices are appointment only, every Wednesday, 9am to 5pm. You can also call (332) 238-1028 to book.
Can I mail my hearing aids in for repair?
Yes. Mail your hearing aids to our Midtown West office at 237 W 35th St, Suite 702A, New York, NY 10001. Please insure your package. Return shipping is paid by the patient. The $99 service appointment applies to mail-in repairs, and parts are additional. If you have questions, call (332) 238-1028. Home visits are for hearing tests and new hearing aid fittings only.
