*Custom hearing aids are made from ear impressions. You need to come to our office to have ear mold impressions taken.
Our listed price for every hearing aid includes the hearing aids and your fitting fee. Follow-up visits and additional services are priced separately.
Hearing aids ship only to NY, MA and CT. Accessories ship anywhere in the US.

Hearing aid returns are subject to a 10% non-refundable restocking fee, plus a $25 non-refundable shipping and handling fee.
This has a non-refundable charge as dictated by the State:
- New York — 10% of the device
- Massachusetts — 10% of the device
- Connecticut — 10% of the device
We offer a trial period for all our Hearing Aid Devices:
- New York — 45 days
- Massachusetts — 30 days
