Hearing aid returns are subject to a 10% non-refundable restocking fee, plus a $25 non-refundable shipping and handling fee.
This has a non-refundable charge as dictated by the State:
- New York — 10% of the device
- Massachusetts — 10% of the device
- Connecticut — 10% of the device
We offer a trial period for all our Hearing Aid Devices:
- New York — 45 days
- Massachusetts — 30 days
